Lubna Ali is a highly accomplished legal professional with over three decades of experience in Pakistan's District Judiciary. Beginning her career as a Civil Judge in 1989, she progressed through the ranks to serve as District and Sessions Judge, retiring in 2020 as the Chairperson of the Punjab Environmental Tribunal, Lahore. Throughout her career, she has held numerous key positions, including Senior Civil Judge, Deputy Secretary of the Law Department, and Presiding Officer of the Labour Court. 

As the Regional Head of the Lahore Office of the Federal Ombudsperson Secretariat for Protection Against Harassment, she is dedicated to fostering an inclusive and harassment-free work environment across various sectors.
