Her background includes civil law, corporate law, service matters, employment issues, and workplace harassment. As the Regional Head (Sindh) at the Federal Ombudsperson Secretariat for Protection Against Harassment, she works to ensure workplace rights and promote inclusive environments across Sindh. A graduate of the University of Kent, Canterbury, Ms. Shah has over a decade of experience and has also worked in the corporate sector, including the energy industry.
