Promoting Safe Work Environments: CSA Officers Engage with FOSPAH
Strengthening Institutions, Building Safer Workplaces As part of the 48th Specialized Training Program, 55 probationary officers from the Civil Services Academy, including 23 women, from the Pakistan Administrative Services and District Management Services Groups visited FOSPAH. They were warmly welcomed and briefed on FOSPAH’s working mechanism by Mam Fauzia Viqar, Secretary Arif Karim, and Rtd. Justice Mah-rukh. The session was marked by an open and engaging Q&A, where officers explored how institutional mechanisms can safeguard dignity and accountability in workplaces. This exchange was more than a briefing, it was a reminder that the future of public service rests on integrity, inclusivity, and the courage to challenge harassment wherever it exists. With young officers stepping forward, the commitment to safe and respectful workplaces grows stronger.
