Ensuring Compliance for a Safer Workplace! 

Mr. Muhammad Usman, Assistant Registrar at FOSPAH’s Quetta office, met with Commandant Mr. Sanaullah Mengal of the Directorate General of Federal Civil Defence Quetta to discuss the implementation of the Protection Against Harassment at the Workplace Act, 2010.
During the meeting, an official compliance letter was presented, emphasizing key obligations under the Act, including:

• Establishing a three-member inquiry committee with at least one female representative
• Displaying the Code of Conduct in both Urdu and English at prominent locations
• Conducting regular awareness sessions on workplace harassment for employees at all levels

Commandant Mengal assured that necessary measures would be taken to ensure full compliance with the Act, reinforcing a safe and respectful work environment.
