FOSPAH Addresses Misuse of Workplace Harassment Laws at SZABUL’s SSC-WEC Session
In a society where workplace harassment laws are sometimes misused, weaponized to settle personal scores or silence genuine voices; the challenge is not only legal but deeply social. Such manipulation erodes trust, discourages victims from coming forward, and reinforces power imbalances that the law was designed to dismantle. At SZABUL’s SSC-WEC session, FOSPAH confronted this reality head-on.
