FOSPAH conducted a full day training session at CERP, Lahore on the Prevention of Harassment at the Workplace, led by Ms. Marukh Aziz, Legal Advisor, FOSPAH. The session provided a focused understanding of what constitutes workplace harassment and what does not under the Workplace Harassment Act 2010, alongside detailed discussion on the referral mechanisms, complaint pathways and institutional processes. It also highlighted practical approaches to fostering safe, respectful and inclusive work environments within workplaces. She was accompanied by Ms. Yumna Jamil, Communications Officer, Ms. Noor, Assistant Law Officer, and Ms. Shaza Kaleem, Assistant Registrar, during the session.
