FOSPAH has strongly emphasized the need for strict implementation of the law and improvement of institutional mechanisms to ensure protection against workplace harassment.

The Secretariat has directed all federal government institutions, affiliated bodies, and educational and medical institutions to immediately comply with legal requirements. In particular, under Section 3 of the law, every organization is required to establish formally notified and functional inquiry committees comprising qualified members, including at least one ???? representative. These committees must ensure fair, transparent, and timely handling of harassment complaints. It is essential that such committees are not merely symbolic but are genuinely active and accessible.
