Training on Organizational Responsibilities Under the Harassment Act, 2010

In line with the Protection Against Harassment of Women at the Workplace Act, 2010, organizations must take the following steps to ensure a respectful and harassment-free environment:

  • Establish a 3-member inquiry committee (at least one female member).
  • Display the Code of Conduct in Urdu and English at prominent office locations.
  • Conduct regular anti-harassment training for all staff, including senior management.
