Empowering Youth: FOSPAH’s 16 Days of Activism Session at NUML, Karachi

The 16 Days of Activism #HumBadleinGeSoch Campaign by FOSPAH's Karachi Office, was marked by a pivotal session at the National University of Modern Languages (NUML), shining a spotlight on harassment and gender-based violence. This impactful event encouraged attendees to recognize the subtle ways these issues persist and called for decisive action to counter them.

Students led the charge, sharing their experiences, fears, and aspirations in a series of honest, transformative discussions. By creating a safe and open environment, the session demonstrated how meaningful conversations can disrupt harmful behaviors and inspire collective accountability.

Our Regional Head, Ms. Sabika Shah also highlighted FOSPAH’s role in supporting individuals, guiding participants on how to report incidents and access resources. By addressing these critical topics, the initiative empowered attendees to become agents of change in their own communities.

Every step toward justice strengthens the path to equality. Together, we can break cycles of silence, challenge injustice, and work toward a society where safety and respect are universal.
