Confidentiality in Harassment Inquiries Highlighted at SNGPL, Lahore

This important topic was highlighted during an awareness session at SNGPL Lahore. Under the Protection Against Harassment of Women at the Workplace Act, 2010, all inquiry proceedings must remain confidential to protect the privacy of those involved and ensure a fair process. Final decisions, however, may be shared with relevant parties in accordance with legal guidelines.
