Promoting Respect and Safety in Healthcare: FOSPAH Awareness Session at LRBT Eye Hospital, Karachi

FOSPAH’s Karachi Office, in collaboration with LRBT Eye Hospital, held an awareness session where Regional Head Ms. Sabika Shah unpacked everyday acts of harassment in the medical field reminders that even “minor” incidents can break confidence and leave lasting fear.

Participants were urged to reflect on their own role in prevention and to build workplaces rooted in respect, safety, and dignity for all healthcare professionals.
