FOSPAH Advisor Sindh, Ms. Sabika Shah Emphasizes Trust and Enforcement in Advancing Inclusion at DEI Panel

Equity is easy to talk about. Building it is harder.

At Greenwich University’s International Conference on Diversity, Equity and Inclusion, Ms. Sabika Shah, Advisor FOSPAH Sindh, joined a powerful panel with Mehnaz Rehman (Human Rights Commission of Pakistan), Aradhiya Khan (Human Rights Advocate), and Kapil Dev (Human Rights Activist for Gender Minorities).

Moderated by Dr. Naazir Mahmood, Dean of Humanities, the session asked a piercing question: what makes people truly belong, in a workplace, an institution, a country?

Her message was clear: protection no one trusts is not protection; policy unenforced is not inclusion. Belonging is built by institutions that keep their word and keep keeping it when no one is watching.
