Awareness Session at GIZ Training Workshop on Workplace Harassment Act 2010
Under our MoU with GIZ, we are conducting sessions at their two-day Training Workshop designed to empower Grievance Committee Members. Our first session in Lahore was led by our Regional Advisor, Ms. Lubna Ali, who spoke on the Workplace Harassment Act 2010, how to effectively conduct investigations, and the responsibilities of Inquiry Committees. Together, we are building more transparent, fair, and safe mechanisms for handling complaints across workplaces.
