Through pre- and post-training questionnaires, employees reflected a clear improvement in their understanding of harassment and FOSPAH’s role. A Code of Conduct was also displayed, and a one-day Help Desk was set up to enable employees to register complaints immediately.

With these efforts, FOSPAH continues its commitment to empowering employees and ensuring harassment-free workplaces across Pakistan.
