FOSPAH and PCAA Collaborate to Raise Awareness on Workplace Harassment
In collaboration with the Pakistan Civil Aviation Authority, FOSPAH conducted an insightful awareness session on harassment, one that was not just informative but deeply participative. Instead of a one-way lecture, the session became a shared dialogue. Participants spoke up, exchanged experiences, and asked hard questions—turning the room into a space of learning and collective reflection. Through these conversations, many discovered the legal and institutional mechanisms for redressal that exist, and more importantly, the role each of us plays in making workplaces safe, respectful, and free from harassment.
