The session emphasized the importance of understanding what constitutes workplace harassment and equipping students with the tools to identify and address such behavior effectively. They also learned about the process of lodging complaints through FOSPAH and the mechanisms available to seek justice. 

Harassment has no place in our workplaces or institutions. With awareness, education, and the courage to speak up, we can create a society where everyone feels safe and valued.
