An impactful awareness seminar was held at Pakistan Railways Hospital, where doctors, nurses, and staff came together to explore how we can build respectful, inclusive, and harassment-free work environments.

Our Karachi team gave an overview of the Protection Against Harassment of Women at the Workplace Act, 2010, and informed participants about:

  • Their legal rights as employees under the Act
  • Clear steps to file a complaint within their workplace
  • The role of Inquiry Committees and internal support systems
