Awareness Session on Empowering Employees to Speak Up and Work Without Fear
Ms. Sabika Shah, Regional Head (Sindh), participated as a panelist at the event “Voices for Change: Workplace Harassment – Empowering Employees to Speak Up, Stand Strong, and Work Without Fear”, organized by HR Dost Pakistan in collaboration with Ziauddin University. The session brought together leading HR professionals and thought leaders, including Dr. Akhter Ahmad (Director HR, Getz Pharma) and Ms. Samrin Suleman (Senior Manager HR, Aga Khan University), with Mr. Ayaz Ali (Founder, HR Dost) serving as the host. The discussion focused on promoting safer and more inclusive workplace environments across Pakistan through awareness, accountability, and empowerment.
