Stepping into the workplace shouldn’t mean stepping into uncertainty.

At UMT Lahore, students joined a powerful conversation on what real safety looks like—where rights are known, red flags aren’t ignored, and harassment has no place.

Ms Lubna Ali, Regional Head of FOSPAH Lahore and Mr. Shazib Iqbal, Assistant Law Officer, sparked bold dialogue, while the Federal Ombudsperson, Ms. Fauzia Viqar, joined virtually to remind the students and faculty: awareness is the first step to change, but action is what drives it forward.

Let’s create a future where every workspace begins with dignity and ends with respect.
