Building Safer Work Environments: Joint Training by FOSPAH and GIZ Pakistan
It was great to put our partnership with GIZ Pakistan into practice at the "Two-day Training Workshop for Grievance Committee Members." Our Assistant Law Officer, Mr. Shazib Iqbal, broke down the Protection Against Harassment of Women at the Workplace Act, 2010. The session focused on the critical role of inquiry committees and the clear redressal mechanisms that ensure a fair and just process for everyone. We believe that well-trained grievance committees are the backbone of a safe and respectful work culture. Empowering them is a vital step towards creating environments where all employees feel secure. A big thank you to GIZ for this fantastic initiative and for the continued collaboration!
