Empowering Leadership for Gender-Responsive Change 

The 36th Senior Management Course (SMC) at the National Institute of Management (NIM), Islamabad, brought together BS-20 officers from diverse services to enhance their capacity for effective public sector service delivery.

Ms. Fauzia Viqar, the Federal Ombudsperson for Protection Against Harassment (FOSPAH), led a workshop on 'Gender Responsive Policy & Planning for Institutional Excellence and Inclusive Workplaces.' Her session emphasized the importance of fostering gender equality, inclusivity, and institutional excellence, equipping future leaders with the tools to drive positive change in their organizations.
