FOSPAH organised a training session for fourteen fresh inductees of the Central Directorate of National Savings

On 02nd September 2024 the Federal Ombudsperson Secretariat for Protection against Harassment (FOSPAH) organised a training session for fourteen fresh inductees of the Central Directorate of National Savings. The training was delivered by Ms. Meher Jamy, Law Officer FOSPAH and Syeda Zainab Sohail, Assistant Registrar FOSPAH. The training elaborated upon FOSPAH’s unique mandate in protecting the rights of women along with explaining in detail the provisions of the Protection against Harassment of Women at the Workplace Act, 2010 (Act), emphasising particularly on acceptable and unacceptable behaviour and the procedure for filing a complaint. The inductees actively engaged with the training and gave suggestions for effectively increasing women’s representation in the workforce and curbing the menace of harassment.
