At National Defence University, Islamabad, FOSPAH transformed this silence into dialogue, urging institutions and individuals alike to confront harassment with courage and accountability. The Hon’ble Ombudsperson, Ms. Fauzia Viqar, reminded participants that the law is not just a framework but a promise of dignity, evolving to protect against harassment and gender-based discrimination. FOSPAH's Law Officer, Mr. Mohsin Sheikh, carried the session by demystifying complaint mechanisms, inquiry proceedings, and the importance of reporting as the first step toward justice.
