Did you know that under the law, your university is also considered a workplace?

At NUML University, FOSPAH's Law Officer, Meher Jamy, engaged with Master's students from the English Department, discussing how we safeguard students against workplace harassment.

One of the students asked how FOSPAH ensures the evidence complainants give is accurate and legitimate. Ms. Jamy gave a comprehensive overview of how we work with FIA to ensure the evidence is 100% authentic and nothing is tampered with.

Ms. Jamy also stressed the responsibility of inquiry committees to maintain confidentiality, ensuring that no information is leaked. This protects the complainant from further trauma and safeguards the reputation of the accused during the investigation.
