FOSPAH Engages with UN and Government Stakeholders to Strengthen Anti-Harassment Frameworks

In continuation of our commitment to safe and dignified workplaces, FOSPAH actively joined the 1st Joint UN-Government consultation workshop on core commitments and communications SOPs for Protection from Sexual Exploitation, Abuse, and Harassment (PSEAH).
Our team including Mr. Mohsin Sheikh (Law Officer), Ms. Shaza Kaleem Usmani (Assistant Registrar), Ms. Yumna Jamil (Communication Officer), and Ms. Hira Tariq (Assistant Media & Outreach), represented FOSPAH in this important dialogue.

Organized by UNFPA Pakistan in collaboration with the United Nations PSEA Network Pakistan, the workshop brought together UN agencies, government institutions, and partner organizations to strengthen coordination and referral mechanisms. Discussions emphasized survivor-centered approaches, confidentiality, safe reporting channels, and accountability under national laws and UN policies.

FOSPAH’s role as an independent statutory body addressing workplace harassment cases was highlighted, reinforcing our mission to ensure zero tolerance for exploitation and harassment. Together with UN partners, we continue to build stronger systems of protection, informed consent, victim assistance, and coordinated responses for a safer society.
