Strengthening Workplace Protections: FOSPAH Engages Employers in Capacity Building

Representatives from FOSPAH’s Karachi office joined a capacity-building session organised by the Employers’ Federation of Pakistan under the Women Socio-Economic Empowerment Project. Mr. Muhammad Aliyan (Assistant Law Officer) and Ms. Sidra (Assistant Registrar) explained the inquiry process under the Protection Against Harassment of Women at the Workplace Act, 2010, and answered participants’ questions on implementation and best practices. Engagements like this help make workplaces safer and more respectful across Pakistan.
