Empowering Our Youth at the University of Lahore

FOSPAH Regional Office, Lahore had an engaging session with students at the University Of Lahore, discussing workplace harassment, rights, and protections under the law. Students raised important questions on topics like retaliation against complainants—a crucial issue many face when speaking up against harassment.

Filing a complaint shouldn’t mean facing backlash, and FOSPAH takes retaliation extremely seriously. Under the 2010 Act, retaliation against a complainant is strictly prohibited and will result in major penalties.
