Code of Conduct
After the enactment of the Protection Against Harassment of Women at the Workplace Act, 2010, it is the responsibility of every department and organization, whether public or private, to ensure compliance with the law. This includes:
- Constituting a three-member Internal Inquiry Committee, with at least one female member, and publicly displaying their names on the organization's website and notice boards.
- Designating a Competent Authority and displaying their name on the website and notice boards.
- Displaying the Code of Conduct against harassment prominently at the workplace.
