Federal Ombudsperson for Protection against Harassment, Ms. Fauzia Viqar, met Provincial Ombudsman Sindh, Mr. Suhail Ahmed Rajput.
The discussion focused on what the two institutions can learn from each other: case management, turnaround timelines, outreach, and keeping the complainant at the centre of the process.
The meeting also covered harassment inquiry procedures, evidence recording, and swift complaint redressal.
The Secretariat also shared its Complaint Management Information System (CMIS), which tracks a complaint from filing to disposal and flags delays before they become denial of justice.
FOSPAH looks forward to continued exchange with the Provincial Ombudsman Sindh on inquiry procedure, complaint handling, digitisation and widening access to justice.
